When it comes to a community pool, the South Whidbey Parks and Aquatics Foundation has three major goals:

Every Third Grader Learns to Swim Program
Financial Aid Program
SWPAF is expanding a fundraising campaign that will ensure every third grader in our district can learn to swim, and anyone on South Whidbey can use the Center regardless of ability to pay. In 2023, the committee already raised more than $200,000 to seed this fund, but there’s more to raise before the doors open.
